• Must complete Angling Ace aspiration. 

• Must complete part-time Fisherman job. [Island Living Only]

  • If you don't have Island Living, then pick whatever career you want.

• You are not allowed to cheat to get fish or bait. This includes mods.

• You may use Fish mods that make fish more exciting, like feeding them,etc. 

​

• No mods/cheats to increase skill level. 

• Must own all of the Fishing books, even if you don't use them to increase your skill level.

​

• You must fish at every single fishing location available in the game for the packs you have. 

  • All Ponds

  • Every. Single. Sign. One "spot" might have 3 signs. Click on EACH sign.

    • ​Why? Sometimes when fishing if you don't catch anything, you just need to move a few meters over and suddenly you catch a fish.

    • Walk around and look for spots, there are many! Willow Creek has 28 spots! ​

  • Including fishing areas in hidden places (Sylvan Glade) and vacation worlds.

  • Must Fish off of boats in deep and shallow water once each. [Island Living Only]

• Fish are what you are trying to collect, so you can sell any other items you pick up. In the case of plants, you can plant those if you'd like. 

​

• You must put every fish into its own fish bowl in your home. 

  • When you get duplicates, you can use them for food, or sell them, or use them as fertilizer for your plants.

• After you have one of each fish in a bowl, then any new fish you collect can be put into an aquarium together. 

• Name all of your fish.

  • And give them real names, not just Fish 1, Fish 2, etc.

• After reaching Level 3 fishing skill you must always:

  • Fish using Bait

  • Examine Water before fishing

• Use a Fish Trap 5 times. [For Island Living Only]

• If you catch an endagered species [Island Living Only] and get the prompt, you must release it back into the water, once per species, the first time you catch it.

​

• You must mount every fish and display it in your home.

  • This is in addition to putting them in a bowl.

• Must (have plants and) fertilize plants 10 times with a fish.

​

• Must Cook caught fish on stove 10 times. Choose any below:

  • ​Onigiri​
  • Fish Tacos
  • Fried Fish
  • Pan Fried Tilapia
  • Poke Bowl
  • Fried Fish Plate
  • Fish Yakisoba
  • Fish & Chips
  • Blackened Bass
  • Mud Carp
  • Steamed Fish
  • Cioppino
  • Walleye Surprise
  • Tuna Casserole

• You may use the "Simple Living" Lot trait if you want. ​

• Must barbecue caught fish on Grill 10 times. 

  • Fried Fish​

  • Salmon

• Must eat fish from a Fire Pit 3 times. 

  • These just magically appear, you don't need any actual fish for this.​

• Hang up "The Right Angler" award in your home proudly.
