2. NO MODS that will help you acquire achievements. Or in-game cheats codes.

For example: No mods that can make your sim birth sextuplets, or expand household size to get that "birth 400 babies" achievement faster.
3. You must complete this challenge in ONE year. I mean one real life year.

I watched Kelsey do the 100 Baby challenge and it took her like 2 real years to get through that. It took me about a month, maybe. To be fair, I believe she only played for an hour a week, whereas I played enough that I forgot to eat or sleep...so I wouldn't call myself a role-model by any means, but 2 years is too long to me. I was going to make this a shorter time frame, but one of the achievements is to play a household for 100 generations, and even with my bad habits, that takes time. And some people actually want storylines. So I give you, ONE real year, to get through all those generations. Good Luck.

Helpful Tips
1. Start the challenge with 10 households, and play each of them regularly. This way you can get that "Legendary Legacy" achievement out of the way in the beginning.
2. Separate the 10 households into categories. Determine which house will tackle which achievements.

Lump like items together. For exmaple: Mixology career, with Mixology skill, with "Mix 100 Drinks" achivement. Maybe make one house be the house that experiences all of the Alien stuff (plus astronaut and scientist).
3. Keep in mind, ONE household has to survive for 100 generations, so this one should have the most achivements to acquire so you don't get bored too quickly.

If you're like me, you will have almost all of the achievements acquired within one household, within the first 2 generations. Then you'll be stuck with 98 more generations to twiddle your thumbs waiting for the challenge to end. Don't be like me; SPREAD IT OUT so you don't get bored.
4. Knock out the easiest stuff in the first 10 generations, so you have more time for the difficult ones.

For more of a challenge, acquire 99% of the achievements using ONE sim.
You will need to use more than one sim to get all of the achievements, but much of them could be done with just one sim.
You are allowed to find a non-cheating way to prolong this one sim's lifespan. (Vampire, Mother Plant, Magic, Pregnancy, etc.)
